Hillary is well-known as a champion for women in construction. She recruited the first all-women roofing crew in Santa Fe and hopes to add more. She is the current Chair of National Women in Roofing-New Mexico Chapter, Board Member of Western States Roofing Contractors Association, and sits on the National Roofing Contractors Association CTE-Workforce Development and University Operations Committees. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, kayaking, fishing, and camping with her husband, Mike, and their dogs; Penny and Pippa.
